Fall Cards

For this card I used Stampin Up's Falling leaves stamp set. I love it! It's almost my favorite fall stamp set this year we have. Why pick favories...I hate having to choose!! The tags below coordinate so cute with the card to put on a plate of goodies etc...The paper is Autumn leaves, in our current Holiday mini. Choc Chip, Really Rust, More Mustard Taken with Teal and Very Vanilla (ink and paper color scheme)

I used, Stampin Up's Falling Leaves Stamp Set again. Scallop circle punch. 1 1/4 and 1 3/8 circle punches. These are so fun and easy to make.

The edges I used Stampin Up's Paper-Piercing tool and eyeballed it-super fast and easy!!

Stampin'Up Decor Ellements "Give Thanks"

I love this vinyl from Stampin Up! It's gorgeous!! It's in our Fall Winter 2009, Definitely Decorative catalog. Just contact me for a free copy of the catalog! It's 14.95 for the vinyl. I ordered it knowing I wanted to make something with it I could put up during the beautiful fall season and then take down after...so this is what I came up with!! I put it on my entry way table.

I stained the wood and distressed it a bunch. It felt good hitting that wood with the hammer-kinda rejuvinating really. ;) Except my little baby in my tummy (due in 9 weeks or when she feels like coming...) was probably wondering what in the heck was going on! Oh well we had fun! (Let me know if you want any tips on how I did it.)

FALLCard Class

It's fall and such a beautiful time of year. I love the fall colors and let's not forget...the traditions gifts and goodies. For this class we will make all of the things shown here. A photo card to display that says "Greateful". You can scrap book, put on the fridge or just display some ware as shown. Some little gift tags you can wrap up a top a fresh loaf of bread or goodies-to give as gifts. We will also be making a fancy "Compliments"-(Compliments to the chef-that is!) card, which I think is lovely to give to the (Thanksgiving feast ultimate) chef, in my oppinion. "The season of friendship last forever" is on the card with the tree and leaves. All classes are pre-pay to hold a spot for you in class and all cardstock is cut scored and ready to assemble!! Space is limited for this particular class!! ( In other words :) I am only hosting one class.

RECIPE: House of Haunts stamp set. The phrase stamped "Have a Spooktacular Halloween" is retired now from the Tableau of Terror stamp set. On the pumpkin Pie orange card stock I used a stamp from the Graveyard Gala stamp set. I watercolored the image. After drying-I stamped the image with versa mark and used iridescent Ice to emboss over the image. Tag corner Punch.

This was done very similar to the above photo. The stamp I used for the phrase Happy Halloween is from the "All Holidays" stamp set. The skeleton face stamp is from the "From the Cyrpt" stamp set.
