Christmas Cards

I made this card for my Mo-in law. she loves Nutcrackers. I love the Nutcracker and all the stamps as a matter of fact that came in the Yuletide Christmas stamp set in the 2009 holiday mini. For this card I used Real Red cardstock old olive d.s.p. some yummy polka dot grosgrain ribbon. The sentement was from the Many Merry Messages stamp set in the current catalog.

For this card I used my Scallop Circle die. It measures aprox 5 1/2 by 6 ". There are so many fun things you can make with this die. I love to use it for cards like this one, banners, gift tags...SUPER CUTE. The stamp sets I used were Tree Trimmings, and the sentiment is from the All Holidays stamp set.

This card was fun to make. I can't believe my husband chose to make this one for me. He usually rigs up his own creation and hand makes a card for me each holiday/Birthday etc...(what a sweetie) this year he decided to pick one of my premade cards and make one too. He did so well. That just shows anyone can stamp. Seriously I was proud! This santa is so cute! I love how there is an overall crafty feel to this stamp set. Just Beclause is the stamp set found in our 2009 holiday mini. The greeting at the bottom says "Believe in Santa just beclause." -Cute

I was inspired by a card I saw at convention for this. They had little silver rope going from each raindeer (like reins) but I didn't have any at the time I sat down to make this one. Still think it would be cute on there. The stamp set is Winter Post. I looove this set. It is very vintage!
